Just Salad is expanding on Long Island. The fast-casual restaurant chain celebrated the grand opening of its new location in Westbury at 1256 Old Country Road last week, the second to open on Long Island.
The first opened back in March in Commack.
The restaurant’s soft opening in Westbury took place on March 24.
The Westbury location occupies 2,583 total square feet and offers 58 interior seats, including booth style seating and moveable tables and chairs that can easily accommodate any party size. There is a spacious parking lot available for dine-in guests, including two dedicated parking spaces for customers retrieving pickup orders.
On the other side of the same building is the newly opened Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant Cava. This was the old home of California Pizza Kitchen.
The restaurant is open Monday – Friday from 10:30am – 9:30pm, as well as Saturday – Sunday from 11am – 9:30pm.
