The Public Information Office reports the details of a Vehicular Accident that occurred on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 7:45 a.m. in Oyster Bay.
According to Officers, a male pedestrian, 49, was walking south on Kellogg Street attempting to cross Burtis Avenue and was struck by a 2020 Black Subaru Outback driven by a 62-year-old female who was traveling east on Burtis Avenue.
The pedestrian was transported to a local area hospital for treatment and evaluation, but is in stable condition. There were no injuries reported from the driver of the Subaru which remained at scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
