Flour Shoppe Cafe Opens Second Location in Bay Shore

Share

Flour Shoppe Cafe owners Samantha Caltagirone and Madison Kaer brought their quaint and beloved cafe to Bay Shore. Originating in Rockville Centre (they still have the location there), the partners have a farm-to-table aesthetic, with great breakfasts, freshly brewed and locally roasted coffee and artisan pastries baked fresh daily at their restaurants.

The new breakfast spot took over where Pico Tequila Grill used to be on Main Street after eight years.

On Yelp, Maria C, from Bay Shore,  gave it five stars.

“This is just what Main Street needed! The Flour Shoppe Café is a welcomed gem,” she said. “I work on Main Street so I am always looking for new places to try. I absolutely love the way they decorated since Pico was last here.”

Ashley D, from East Islip, agreed.

“I’m so happy the flour shoppe opened in Bay Shore,” she wrote. “I tried them first in RVC. I can say the food quality is just as great as the RVC. I have tried the croque madame (pictured), the French toast and the mushroom goat cheese omelette. All have been amazing! I can’t wait to try some lunch foods next.”

Location: 19 West Main Street, Bay Shore, (631) 776-3033.
