The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Massapequa man during an overdose investigation that occurred in Massapequa.
According to Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives, an investigation into a fatal overdose of a Nassau County residents, led to the arrest of James Haynesworth, 46, of 36 Joyce Avenue.
Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives placed the defendant under arrest without incident.
Defendant Haynesworth is charged with two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree.
He was arraigned at First District Court, Hempstead.
