Unhinged Homeless Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Two Teenage Girls in East Meadow Parking Lot

The Public Information Office reports the arrest of an undomiciled man on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 10:24 am in East Meadow.
According to Officers, Defendant Ricardo Gray, 34, was in the parking lot of 2080 Hempstead Turnpike and approached 2 female victims, both 16 years of age, while exposing and touching his genitals. After a thorough investigation, Officers located the defendant in front of 2397 Hempstead Turnpike and placed him under arrest without incident.
Defendant Gray is charged with two (2) counts of Exposure of a Person, two (2) counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two (2) counts of Public Lewdness. He will be arraigned on Friday, May 10th, 2024 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
Subsequent to the investigation, the defendant also had open Nassau County warrants for Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Disorderly Conduct.
