U.S. News Ranks Several Long Island High Schools Among Best in the Nation

U.S. News & World Report newest rankings of the best high schools in the nation are in, and several are located roight here on Long Island.
The report, released on Tuesday, April 23, bases its rankings on state-required test performance, graduation rates, and college preperation work.
The highest-ranking Long Island high school on U.S. News’ report is Jericho, which is number 13 in New York State and 104th nationally.
Also in the rankings is Garden City, 22nd in the state and 199th nationally; Manhasset, 23rd in the state; and Great Neck South, 26th in the state.
