The Special Victims Squad reports on the arrest of a Freeport man on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 3:15 PM for Unauthorized Practice.
According to Detectives, defendant Jose L. Rodriguez Delacruz, 53, of 152 E Milton Street was performing dental work at his place of business on a 2nd floor office located at 1 West Sunrise Highway, Freeport. After conducting an investigation, it was discovered he was practicing as an unlicensed dentist and was placed under arrest without incident.
Defendant Jose L Rodriguez Delacruz is charged with Unauthorized Practice and was arraigned on Friday, April 19, 2024 at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
