Third Squad Detectives report the arrest of a Lynbrook man for an Assault that occurred on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 11:35 pm in Nassau County.
According to detectives, Lynbrook Police Officers responded to a Lynbrook residence and requested a Nassau County Ambulance to transport a male for medical treatment. The male became combative and headbutted the AMT. Ali Aoun, 24, of Lynbrook was subdued and placed under arrest.
The AMT suffered a bruise to his head and experienced dizziness. He was treated by medical personnel and released.
Defendant Ali is charged with Assault 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at First District Court, Hempstead.
