Long Island Comedian Paul Anthony announces the triumphant return of the 2nd annual HA HA Hamptons Comedy Tour! “We are so pleased and excited to be bringing the HA HA HAmptons Comedy Tour back for our second year!” said veteran comedian Paul Anthony. He added: “We are so thankful to our partners at Bay Street Theater and to the incredible support from the communities on the east end. Our launch of the Comedy Tour last year was one of the best tours we’ve produced to date. With all 3 of our inaugural performances selling out, we knew that we had something special. With Bay Street Theater being the premier live entertainment venue in the Hamptons, combined with their unique location on the wharf in Sag Harbor, how could we go wrong? It’s just the ideal location for the HA HA HAmptons Comedy Tour. If launching the comedy tour has taught us anything, it’s that people need and WANT to laugh more, and our primary goal is to help them achieve that by bringing them top quality comedy showcases through the comedy tour. Jack Adam:
Direct from Sayville, New York, Jack Adam has quickly become one of the most sought after young comedians working today. He started comedy in 2016, before going to Queens College for technical theatre and playwriting. He appears regularly at comedy clubs across Long Island and all around NYC. Jack’s polished comedy style and material gives audiences the impression he’s been performing a lot longer than he has. Jack was a featured comedian at the 2023 Long Island Comedy Festival last summer. When Jack is not on stage performing live, he writes and co-stars in the web series The Jack & Brendan Show on YouTube.
Di Cai:
Direct from NYC, comedian Di Cai, also known by her stage name, “Dr. Di”, is a regular in the exciting NYC Comedy Scene. Originally from China, Di has embraced the concept of living the American Dream. “Dr. Di” was also featured as part of the Long Island Comedy Festival in 2022, sharing the stage with some of the best comedians working today. Di’s comedy perspective as an immigrant transplant now living and thriving in the greatest city in the world delights audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Her comedy and delivery style bring a fresh perspective to her hilarious material. The fact that English is not Di’s first language also wows audiences that experience one of her performances.
Meghan Hanley:
Fresh off her feature in Forbes Magazine, Meghan Hanley is a Brooklyn-based, internationally touring stand-up comedian, who has appeared on AXSTV’s “Gotham Comedy Live,” The MSG Network, Dreams TV, Fox’s “Laughs” and “Red Eye.” Meghan has performed for top corporate clients including The NFL, Bank of America, The Girl Scouts, Intel and Samsung. She’s also teamed up with Standup2corona.org, a non profit that kept comedians working during the pandemic, while helping to restock food banks through Feeding America. In November 2021, she filmed a “Dry Bar” Comedy Special, with a 2023 release and in January of 2023, her comedy album, “This Happy,” debuted at number one, for five days straight, on iTunes. Hanley’s quick wit and upbeat persona, have lead to her being featured in several Festivals, and two tours with Armed Forces Entertainment, providing laughter to our Troops overseas. As a writer/presenter, Meghan co-wrote and co-hosted the program for Fordham University’s Inaugural Athletics Gala, as well as Advertising Week NY’s “The Future is Female Awards.” Additionally, Meghan smiles a lot, which some people find suspicious, but mostly endearing.
Mick Thomas:
Born and raised in Wexford, Ireland, it wasn’t until moving to New York that Mick Thomas’s stand-up comedy career took off. A natural performer and insightful writer, Mick headlines top venues around the country, in addition to now being a regular on cruise lines. Mick has blown away audiences with his hilarious and genuinely original takes on American society and life as a young and dedicated family man. Swiftly becoming one of the most sought after acts in Clubs and Casinos across the U.S., Mick has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in comedy including Dom Irrera, Norm Macdonald, Jim Breuer, Carl LaBove, John Pinette, Robert Klein and Greg Giraldo. Mick has been featured on late night TV and Comedy Central. When he’s not touring, Mick is a regular at many of the top NYC Comedy Clubs in Manhattan including The Comedy Cellar, Gotham Comedy Club and Stand-Up NY.
Paul Anthony
Comedian Paul Anthony is a comic Performer, Producer and Promoter. He’s performed his stand-up comedy at top venues around the country and has shared the stage with national headline comedians such as Louie Anderson, Robert Klein and Gary Gulman. . In 2006 he launched the Long Island Comedy Festival. That same year he launched The Comedy Club @ Theatre Three, a 90 seat comedy venue at the historic theatre in Port Jefferson. Other productions Paul Anthony has created and produced include the annual New Year’s LAUGHIN’ Eve, The Berkshire Comedy Festival, Mom’s Night Out Long Island, and the 50+ Comedy Tour. In 2011 he helped develop the Paramount Comedy Series in Huntington, producing and performing in 19 shows over a three year period. Paul Anthony lives in Massapequa with his wife Kathy and their Golden Doodle Marley, who is also the official Mascot of the Long Island Comedy Festival.
