Located in a gated community at 9 Fordune Drive in the Southampton hamlet of Water Mill, the parents of socialite Paris Hilton and fashion designer Nicky Hilton originally purchased the 10,500-square-foot estate – which boasts six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths – for approximately $2.4 million in 1999.
