The Third Squad reports on a Robbery that occurred on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 4:00 AM in Westbury.
According to Detectives, a 28-year-old male victim was at La Cantina Bar, located at 892 Old Country Road when he got into a verbal argument with two hispanic adult males. The victim left the bar but was followed by the two subjects and got into a physical altercation.
The victim was punched in the face, sustaining a laceration to his right eye and kicked several times. The subjects took the victims wallet before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital by a Nassau County Police Ambulance for assessment and treatment.
There is no further description of the two hispanic adult male subjects at this time.
