Rich Isaac, the visionary founder of the Hauppauge NY franchise of SANDLER, who has served as President since the company’s 1996 inception, will be taking on the role of Chief Strategy Officer. In this new capacity, Rich’s focus will be on driving the company’s strategic direction, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to identity emerging opportunities and innovative paths for growth. Rich has 27 years of experience in Sandler (the world’s leader in Sales and Sales Management Training, coaching, and consulting), and was the proud recipient of the 2016 David H. Sandler Award, the highest honor in the worldwide Sandler network.
Stepping into the role of President and COO is Rob Fishman, a 16-year Sandler veteran, who has been a partner and key member of the Sandler team. His extensive experience and leadership qualities make him the ideal person to lead the company into its next phase of expansion and success. Rob is actively involved within the worldwide Sandler network, having acted as liaison to the Franchise Advisory Board and as the head of the Sandler Mid-Atlantic Region.
