The Third Squad reports the arrest of a North New Hyde Park man on Saturday, January 13, 2024 for multiple Burglaries that occurred between Friday, December 29, 2023 and Wednesday, January 13, 2024 in Nassau County.
According to Detectives, Marc Gagliano, 39, of 116 Lawrence Street did burglarize the following locations:
- A residence located on New Hyde Park Road, North New Hyde Park
- 2201 Hillside Avenue, Herricks, Janie’s Variety Store
- 70 Jericho Turnpike, Mineola, Ultra Mini Mart
- 116 Lawrence Street, North New Hyde Park, Crown Convenience Mart
- 124 East Jericho Turnpike, Mineola, Mineola Cigar and Vape
The defendant is charged with five counts of Burglary 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief 2nd degree and Petit Larceny. He will be arraigned on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
