The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of three females on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 3:31 PM in Franklin Square.
According to Narcotics Vice Squad Detectives, an undercover investigation at Zen Retreat Spa located at 346 Franklin Avenue led to the arrest of:
Defendant Sarah Fayette Hamilton, 31, of 17225 144th Avenue, Jamaica. She was charged with Prostitution and was released on an Appearance Ticket returnable on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 to First District Court, 99 Main Street Hempstead.
Defendant Mercedes V. Miller, 30, of 19 Ernest Avenue, Hicksville was charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession and was also released on an Appearance Ticket returnable on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 to First District Court, 99 Main Street Hempstead.
Defendant Chanelle Rose Butler, 30, of 131-20 224th Street, Queens was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Promoting Prostitution 4th Degree.
At the time of this incident, the defendant’s juvenile child, 5, was present in the establishment. She was released into the custody of a family member. Defendant Butler will be arraigned on Friday, December 1, 2023 at First District Court, 99 Main Street Hempstead.
