In this season of giving, Green Acres Mall is celebrating local not for profit Kosher Response with a financial contribution and special recognition from Green Acres Mall and its parent company Macerich (NYSE: MAC), one of the nation’s leading owners, operators and developers of high-quality retail and mixed-use properties in top markets.
Kosher Response was formed during COVID to help heroes on the frontlines and show them how much they were appreciated. They quickly picked up and helped families and communities in their times of need. Kosher Response continuously helps families in the community who are struggling in many ways.

In addition to its award, Kosher Response was invited by Green Acres Mall to recognize a “local hero” for going above and beyond for the community. The organization selected Samuel David, a volunteer who has been there since day one and hasn’t stopped volunteering to help.
