Notable recent events at Windows on the Lake’s include The Rat Pack that took place on Sunday, December 17, featuring three New York City professional singers embodying the immortal kings of cool: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr.
“It’s a Broadway show brought to Windows on the Lake. We do a dinner, then we have the show,” Pellegrino said. “This is the third time we’ve had The Rat Pack, and they’re amazing guys. They come out of Manhattan, and they’re real professional entertainers. We only bring in the best talent at Windows on the Lake.”
The esteemed venue also celebrated their 30th anniversary by holding their annual Jingle Bell Ball event on Friday, December 15, which was essentially a fun and festive Christmas party that packed in well over 300 participants into their venue. Guests enjoyed Vinyl Revival with their high energy and some of Long Island’s top seasoned musicians that had them on the dance floor moving and singing along to some of your favorite 70’s disco pop and funk songs all night long.
Another big event was the Brunch with Santa on Sunday, December 17, a popular annual event where starry-eyed children got up in close and personal with jolly old St Nick himself, along with Mrs. Claus as well. Numerous food stations churned out all manner of delicious brunch items for the kids and their parents to munch on to keep their energy up while waiting to tell Santa what they want for Christmas.
As for upcoming big events, on Sunday, December 31, there’s the New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball and Dance Party with recording artists Curtis Maxwell and Deverne Williams from That 70’s Band with tributes to all the hits from the Disco & 70’s era, accompanied by the 10-piece Vintage Soul Band and DJ Entertainment. In order to keep the extravagant entertainment events separate from activities that would pertain solely to his wedding hosting business, Pellegrino noted that he employs two distinct business entities; the first, naturally, is Windows on the Lake, but separately is Anthony’s Live, which essentially serves as the event promoting arm of his business.
“Anthony’s Live promotes not just events at Windows on the Lake and our other venue on the property, Beach Club Estates, but some events for other venues as well.
