Three Arrested After Inwood Homeowner Comes Home, Discovers Suspects Burglarizing His Residence

The Fourth Squad reports a Burglary that occurred on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 10:45pm in Inwood.
According to Detectives, the homeowner, 53, arrived at his residence and observed a black colored Nissan pick-up truck parked on his driveway and through the window people unknown to him in his house and contacted the Police.
Officers arrived to the home on Bayview Avenue and observed the suspects inside the house.  Subsequent to the investigation, at approximately 11:30pm Officers arrested Defendant Heimlall Seelall, 61, and Defendant Bhanmatti Seelall, 50, both of 114-39 141st Street Jamaica and Defendant Janki Ramlal, 56, of 15354 75th Avenue Apartment 2c Flushing.
Proceeds valued at approximately $600 US currency were recovered from the truck and removed from Defendant Heimlall Seelall.
All three Defendants are each charged with Burglary 2rd Degree and will be arraigned on Monday, November 6, 2023 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
