The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in Baldwin and was reported to Police on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 8:35 a.m.
According to Detectives, Franklin Zuniga, 14, was last seen in Baldwin. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’4” tall, approximately 120 lbs., brown eyes and brown hair. His clothing description and destination is unknown.
