The First Squad reports the arrest of a Hempstead man for a Burglary that occurred on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 9:55 a.m. in Uniondale.
According to Detectives, First Precinct Officers responded to a 911 call for a Burglary in progress at a Larboard Court residence. Upon arrival, Police entered the house and discovered defendant Kennon O. Knight, 38, of 105 Terrace Avenue inside the kitchen. He was placed into custody without incident.
Defendant Knight is charged with Burglary 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at First District Court, 99 Main Street in Hempstead.
