The Fifth Squad reports an Arrest that occurred on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 10:42pm in Valley Stream.
According to Detectives, Officers responded to a residence in Valley Stream for a disturbance with a firearm. A male suspect had pointed a black colored firearm at the fifty-two-year-old male victim placing him in fear of his safety.
Officers located the male juvenile defendant, 17, on Horton Avenue and placed him under arrest without incident. No injuries were reported. The firearm was recovered.
The male juvenile defendant is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree and Menacing 2nd Degree. He was arraigned on Sunday, September 3, 2023 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
