The First Squad is investigating Public Lewdness that occurred in Uniondale on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 3:10 pm.
According to detectives, a 16-year-old female was walking on Henry Street in the vicinity of 1st Place when an unknown male subject pulled up to her in a dark blue Mercedes 4 door sedan with tinted windows and no front plate.
The male subject attempted to have a conversation with the female victim as he sat in the car. The victim looked into the car at which time the subject began performing a lewd act. The frightened victim ran and hid in a nearby bush.
The male subject drove away in an unknown direction.
The victim after returning home called 911 to report the incident to First Precinct police. There were no injuries reported.
The subject is described as being male, black, skinny build, white t shirt, blue / green shorts, possible Jamaican accent.
