VIDEO: Nassau Authorities Seeking Suspect Who Set Inwood Building on Fire

The Arson/Bomb Squad reports an Arson that occurred on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 3:35 AM in Inwood.
According to Detectives, an unknown subject wearing all black clothing and carrying a red bag walked up to the Reliance Customers Brokerage, located at 102 West End Avenue and went to the side of the building. He then took out an unmarked container and emptied an unknown liquid onto the building and ignited it.

The subject then fled southbound on West End Avenue on foot. The fire extinguished on its own a short time later, causing minor damage to the outside of the building. No injuries reported at scene.
The subject then came back to the same location on Thursday, March 2, 2023 and re-set the fire, causing the building to be completely engulfed in flames.
Inwood Fire Department responded and put the fire out. No injuries reported at scene.
