Rival Long Beach and Hempstead Gang Members Arrested After Nightclub Shootout

The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of five individuals for a shooting that occurred on April 25, 2022 at 3:43 am in Westbury.
According to the Gang Investigative Squad, an investigation was conducted into a shooting at the Park West Nightclub located at 741 Merrick Avenue. The shooting occurred in the parking lot between rival Long Beach and Hempstead gang members.
Multiple rounds were exchanged and one victim was shot twice, once in the shoulder and once in the leg. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital by a private vehicle. After an extensive investigation the following defendants have been arrested and the charges are as follows:
  • Nharon Hicks, 33, of 4 Dogwood Court, Long Beach arrested on June 11, 2022 and arraigned on June 14, 2022 at First District Court.
  • Jordan Ayala, 26, of 5 Azalea Court, Long Beach arrested on June 12, 2022 and arraigned on June 14, 2022 at First District Court.
  • Terrance Little, 25, of 150 Willow Avenue, Hempstead arrested on October 18, 2022 and arraigned on October 19, 2022 at First District Court.
  • Isaish Edwards, 25, of 77 Terrace Avenue, Hempstead arrested on October 19, 2022 and arraigned on October 20, 2022 at First District Court.
  • Wilmer Villata, 20, of 997 Uniondale Avenue, Uniondale arrested on November 2, 2022 and arraigned on November 2, 2022 at First District Court.
Defendants Nharon Hicks and Jordan Ayala were charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the 2nd Degree, Attempted Murder in the 2nd Degree, Attempted Assault in the 1st Degree, Assault in the 2nd Degree, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of  a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm in the 1stDegree, Criminal Use of a Firearm in the 2nd Degree, Assault in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree.
Defendants Terrance Little, Isaish Edwards and Wilmer Villata were charged with Attempted Murder in the 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 1st Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm, six (6) counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree, three (3) counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree and Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree.
