The Homicide Squad is investigating a Fatal Aided that occurred on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 12:55 pm in East Meadow.
According to detectives, A male inmate, Nikita Pertsev of Brooklyn, 29, suffered a medical episode while at the Nassau County Correctional Facility located at 100 Carmen Avenue.
He was transported in a Nassau County Police Ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced by a hospital physician. Investigation is ongoing.
