Share

On the eve of the anniversary of D-Day, Monday, June 6th, the Museum of American Armor inside Old Bethpage Village Restoration placed a wreath at its permanent memorial to the men who came ashore at Normandy during World War II.
On a landing craft similar to those that carried the Allies to the French beaches under enemy fire Chris Suhr of Massapequa Park and Kevin Carroll of Huntington Station, placed the wreath as visitors Ryan Krill of Quoque and Julieanne Lora of Bay Shore looked on.
