Cradle-Con Returns to the Cradle of Aviation Museum

The Cradle of Aviation’s own comic, collectible, and Pop Culture Con, Cradle-Con, is back with local artists, vendors, the most creative cosplayers celebrating Long Island, and all our favorites; Marvel, DC Comics, and more.
Special guests include innovative comic book artists Buzz, Jamal Igle, Mike Gold, John Snyder III, and Dean Haspiel. Activities include comic and cosplay panels, Jedi Training, photo ops with the NY Avengers and 501st Legion Star Wars cosplayers, adult and children Cosplay Contests, the ever-popular Arcade Age Exhibit, and more.
This spectacular yet intimate event is for fans of all ages to gather, socialize, and celebrate their passion. Long Island’s non-profit, comic convention created by fans, for fans. This is Cradle-Con! Visit cradlecon.com for a complete list of guests, artists, vendors, and exciting experiences.

  • ​The Arcade Age Exhibit: our popular retro arcade exhibit, @arcadeageexhibit returns for Cradle-Con weekend only. Play over 50 classic arcade games in all their original glory. FREE with Cradle-Con admission all weekend long.
  • Cosplay: Adult and children’s Cosplay Contests with great prizes: Saturday: May 14, 2022: Ages 16 and up, Sunday: May 15, 2022: Ages 15 and under

About Cradle-Con 
Cradle-Con was created to raise funds for the Cradle of Aviation Museum Preservation and Education Programs. The programs are designed to empower and enrich education for students to excel in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) jobs of the future.
The Cradle of Aviation Museum and Education Center is home to over 75 planes and spacecraft representing over 100 years of aviation history and Long Island’s only Giant Screen Dome Theater. The Museum is recognized and listed on New York State’s National Register of Historic Places as a significant part of American history.
