Suffolk County Police have arrested two men following the execution of a search warrant during which drugs and weapons were seized at their Bay Shore residence.
Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on Manatuck Blvd. Crack cocaine, Oxycodone, two assault weapons, one handgun and six high capacity magazines were seized.
Henry Mulligan, 30, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Savyon Douglas, 20, was charged with nine counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd Degree and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm.
Both will be held overnight at the Third Precinct and are were arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip.
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
