Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D – Freeport) presented Kathy Spatz, the outgoing President of the South Hempstead Civic Association, with a Nassau County Citation in recognition of her years of service during a Thursday, Nov. 12 meeting of the Civic Association.
“During the last three years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Kathy and the Civic Association to address the most pressing issues impacting South Hempstead residents,” Legislator Mulé said. “I am grateful for the productive working relationship Kathy and I have enjoyed and look forward to working with the next generation of South Hempstead Civic Association leaders.”
