Long Island Housing Data for September 2020 by OneKey MLS

The September 2020 closed median home price for Long Island, which includes Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn housing data recorded on OneKeyMLS, was $530,000 representing a 7.3% increase over last September.

Nassau County reported a $590,000 closed median home price in September representing an increase of 9.3% over $540,000 reported by the MLS last year.

Suffolk County reported a closed median price of $464,375, which represents a 13.3% increase over $410,000 reported a year ago.

Queens reported a closed median home price of $625,000 representing an increase of 4.2% over $600,000 reported in September 2019.

The total number of available residential listings in September 2020 on the MLS is 16,886, which represents a decrease of 9.1% over last year.
