The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office announced this week that it is proud of its essential workforce. In honor of National Nurses Week, Sheriff Errol D. Toulon, Jr. and the men and women of the Suffolk County Sheriffs’ Office salute the nursing staff at the Suffolk County Correctional Facility in Riverhead.
“Nurses are an essential part of the care, custody, and control of the Suffolk County Correctional Facility. Now, during the COVID-19 crisis, these healthcare professionals are truly on the frontline of the battle. We salute their hard work and dedication, and thank them for their service,” said Sheriff Toulon.
