In the event of this pandemic takeover of the novel coronavirus, Governor Andrew Cuomo sent out an advisory tweet demanding all restaurant and bar operations to now only offer Take Out and Delivery.
Cuomo also advised that casinos and movie theaters shut down operations, as well.
