Currently based in Medford at 3237 NY-112, the firm will relocate to Patchogue’s downtown, bringing with it a full suite of services, including accounting, tax preparation, payroll services, sales tax services, tax and financial advisory, incorporations, and back-office support.
New Village at Patchogue, completed in 2014, is a $110 million mixed-use community in downtown Patchogue and includes 291 residential units and 46,100 square feet of restaurant and retail space on its ground floor. The development is often regarded as one of Long Island’s most successful and first downtown revitalization projects.
The lease transaction was arranged by Colliers, with senior managing directors Maria Valanzano and Steven D’Orazio representing both the tenant and the landlord, TRITEC Real Estate Company.
