Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. successfully represented the owner of a site along Newtown Creek in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn in a 40-year ground lease to the world champion New York Liberty women’s basketball team. The property will be developed into a new state-of-the-art practice facility for the team that will substantially contribute to the ongoing revitalization of the community.
