Share

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and First Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two people who stole and used a debit card in March.
A man and woman watched a woman enter her debit card pin number while making a purchase at ALDI, located at 1251 Deer Park Ave., on March 7 at approximately 1:35 p.m. The couple then followed the victim into the parking lot and one distracted her while the other stole her debit card. The pair then went to a nearby Chase bank and withdrew $3,000 from the victim’s account.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about these incidents can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, utilizing a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
